Tacky Christmas Sweater Party

Well, it's been busy around the Young house the past couple of weeks. Last Sunday was our Leadership Tacky Christmas Sweater party at church. Jana and I are the Social Diva's of the church so we were in charge of decorating and food for the party. Jana did a great job on decorations and helping out with desserts and I had Kamps 1910 and Charleston's cater the party.

Our Pastor's took the initiative to serve us and really didn't want the leaders helping at all during the party. We sang Christmas carols, played the game where you pass the present to the right or left, gave away a bunch of prizes, took pictures with Santa and sang the 12 days of Christmas. I'll post pics of that once I get the cd, because it was quite humorous. We also had a Tacky Christmas Sweater contest. I wore an old sweater from my grandma, but it wasn't quite as tacky as Jana and Todd's homemade sweaters.

All in all we had a great time at the party with our church family and look forward to making a lot more memories.
