Yesterday, Jason and I drove down to Dallas for the Rangers vs. Yankees game. Jason's birthday was Friday and we worked opposite shifts so this was our time to celebrate. He was so excited when he found out that the Yankees would be in Dallas and he would actually be off to attend. We went to church yesterday morning to hear Tim Redman talk about "Creating Wealth" and then hopped in the car for the 3 hour drive to the game. Jason was so excited that he asked me about 5 times if I had the tickets, binoculars and camera. I guess we haven't traveled enough together yet to know that I will have everything, but he also wanted to make sure we wouldn't miss a thing. We arrived to the stadium about an hour and a half before the game started so we could watch the guys warm up and take it all in. I just wanted to EAT! There were so many options, but we settled for hot dogs, garlic fries and a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich. There are just some things you HAVE to get when you go to a ball game and a Hot Dog is one of the them. The game was fun, but LONG, and well, our team didn't win. Nonetheless, we had a great time and here are a few pics to show it.
This week is going to be very eventful as well. Tomorrow is our Wedding Preview Party with Randy Coleman Photography. We finally get our wedding pictures and I am so excited! Wednesday we'll be going to Carrie Underwood with Jana and Todd, Friday is OSU Homecoming Walkarounds (with Andy and Ali) and Saturday is OSU Homecoming and Nessa's Scentsy Party. Wow! I'm exhausted just thinking about it. Bring on the fun!!
