I'm so excited that it is the weekend again. This week was actually a pretty good week for work, but it's always nice to have 2 days off of total relaxation. I'm getting a new account today which is exciting! They are actually already a customer but the current MA (Marketing Associate) hasn't been handling his business as needed, so they are handing the customer over to me. I'm excited to add someone else to my weekly routine. I have great customers so far. I love building relationships and that's really the basis of this job. They may not think they need you now, but after they get to know me, who wouldn't want to work with me! :) j/k I'm really praying for favor each time I go out and talk to someone and have a few good leads so far. Jason has opened most of the week at Charleston's which has given us some evening time. Monday night we went to dinner with Allison and Andy at Hefner Grill. They've changed their menu and it's much better than it used to be, though the crab legs could have had more flavor than they did. Of course, I would critique it and if a manager I knew would have come by then I would have told him my advice too! :) It was great catching up with the two of them and rehashing our Wedding. It really was perfect!
Last night we had the opportunity to go have dinner with Paul and Susie Goolsby. I went to OSU with their son, Jon, and well, we both helped each other get through Accounting. I hadn't seen them in a few years, but they had a wedding gift to give us since they couldn't make it to the wedding. We had a great time catching up on lost time and they truly are a sweet couple. Thank you, Paul and Susie, for the cute gift and having us over to your beautiful home!
Oh...we should get to see our wedding pictures in a little over a week. I can't wait to see them and share them with all of you.
Well, I better run...I have a meeting with this new customer at 1:30. I hope all of you have a great weekend.
