Well, here we are. We're finally married and getting settled in as Jason and Angela Young. Wow! I can't believe all the years of waiting for the right one and months of planning for the Big day has finally come to pass. It was truly the best day of our lives! We are so thankful for our family who helped us throw the best, most beautiful wedding and for our friends who took part in the big day and made everything seem like it went over without a hitch. haha...we all know that never happens, but thank you for trying to hide the minor things that went wrong. Jason and I are so blessed to have each other and all of you supporting us. We are having a fun time adjusting to living together, which has been so easy. Jason is a very good sous chef/dishwasher, help around the house, loving/thoughtful husband and I am so thankful for him.
We've not only been adjusting to married life, but I've also been adjusting to a new job. I love the people I work with and they have all been very willing to help me learn this new job. If you didn't know, I now work for Sysco Oklahoma. I am a Marketing Associate aka. Sales Rep. I sell groceries to hotels, restaurants, gas stations, nursing homes, daycares and churches. Currently I have 7 customers that I see every week, and the rest of the time I train or cold call prospects. Basicly, I'm just building relationships with people to build their trust and loyalty. I definitely enjoy having nights and weekends again, but don't know what to do with myself.
Jason is still working at Charleston's Norman as a Kitchen Manager. He is attending SNU for his Bachelor's in Business Administration. I enjoy going up to visit he and my old servers on nights that he's working.
Well I promise to update more often and I'm sure Jason will too. We should be getting our wedding pictures in the next couple weeks and can't wait to share them with all of you. Literally...we're sitting on the edge of our seats waiting.... :) Here is a couple that I have from friends.
